Orders and Contract Formation
All products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. A legally binding contract is only formed once we accept your order, which we will confirm by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Product Descriptions and Availability
We take care to describe all products accurately and to keep stock information up to date. However, all images are for illustration purposes only, and slight variations in colour, size, or packaging may occur. If an item is out of stock after you have placed an order, we will inform you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product where possible.
Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are not subject to VAT as we are not VAT registered. Prices may change without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders that have already been accepted. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy; however, if a genuine pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the following methods:
· American Express
· Apple Pay
· Diners Club
· Discover
· Google Pay
· Klarna
· Maestro
· Mastercard
· Shop Pay
· UnionPay
· Visa
All card payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your complete payment details. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timeframes are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Any delivery dates we provide are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, courier disruption, or industrial action.
Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once we have received full payment, including any applicable delivery charges.
Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing using the contact details above. You are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. This right does not apply to personalised items or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been opened.
Returns and Refunds
In addition to your right to cancel, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, as detailed in our Returns & Refund Policy. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Certain items, including sale items marked as final sale and gift cards, are non-returnable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If you receive a product that is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, or wasted expenditure. Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if that failure or delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemic, strike, lock-out, interruption of supply, or governmental action.
Data Protection
Any personal information you provide during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
