How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add the items you'd like to your shopping basket, and follow the secure checkout steps. It's straightforward and safe.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't entered the processing or dispatch stage yet, get in touch with us straight away and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're usually unable to make changes or cancellations.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and sent from our warehouse here in the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery speed depends on the option you pick at checkout:
· Economy Delivery: around 5 to 8 business days (free of charge)
· Standard Delivery: around 3 to 4 business days (£15.00)
These are estimates, and things can take a little longer during exceptionally busy periods or if couriers experience delays.
Will I get tracking details?
When tracking is available, we'll send you a confirmation and tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You're welcome to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.
How do I start a return?
Send us a message with your order number and tell us which item you'd like to send back. Once approved, we'll give you clear instructions on what to do next.
When will my refund come through?
Refunds are processed after we've received and checked your returned goods. The time it takes for the money to appear back in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
